Maestro Dalvit, a Pierre Monteux protégé, is an internationally recognized ballet conductor who has led American tours for Mikhail Baryshnikov, Peter Martins and Valery and Galina Panov.
He has worked with leading dancers of the American Ballet Theater and the New York City Ballet including Gelsey Kirkland, Edward Villella and Natalia Makarova.
He has also been the resident conductor for the International Ballet Competition in Jackson Mississippi and is featured in the award-winning film, "To Dance for Gold."
Application Requirements
►A DVD of your performance of a Pas de Deux of your choice 10-13 minutes long to include Female Variation, Male Variation and Coda. (no returns)
►The name of the composer of the Pas de Deux/Ballet AND the publisher/company and telephone number where we may rent the orchestra music.
►Biographies, Current photographs and Contact information for both partners.
►$45 application fee (payable to the St. Andrews Arts Council)
