Anne Guthrie
Anne Guthrie has been a dancer all her life. She studied ballet for 13 years with Cuban star Margareta White, Pennsylvania Ballet’s Nancy Malmud, and Canada’s Vanessa Harwood. She developed a love for the tango while performing and choreographing Piazzola’s compositions for the Wooster College Dance Company. She has studied and taught tango in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Edinburgh, Scotland, Wooster, Ohio and for the St. Andrews Arts Council. With her training as an accomplished ballerina, tango, salsa and ballroom dancer, Anne looks forward to working with students of all ages and experience levels to discover the joy and excitement of dancing. |
