Pianist and Composer, Dr. Ludmila Knezkova-Hussey is a graduate of the prestigious Tchaikovsky Conservatory of the University of Moscow. She has concertized in over 50 countries of the world. Dr. Knezkova-Hussey has performed and recorded with many prominent European and North American orchestras, and has won a number of important international piano competitions, as have many of her students. She is also founder of the International Piano Competition, which is held every two years in Bathurst, NB. Dr. Knezkova-Hussey was awarded the Order of New Brunswick in 2003 and she is also the recipient of two excellence awards of the Province of New Brunswick in music.
