Sarah holds a BA in Drama and Classics from Mount Allison, and B.Sc. in Secondary Education (English Language Arts) from the University of Maine and teaches French, Drama and Language Arts at the Deer Island, NB Community School. With over 10-years experience in theatre and improvisation, and with a passion for language and the written word. Sarah is dedicated to innovative and dynamic teaching as a means of creating and nurturing a student’s desire to learn. Sarah has been a Workshop Leader, Referee and Judge at the Canadian Improv Games High School Regional Tournament, in Moncton, NB, and St. John’s, NL, has experience acting and directing at the University of Maine, Sackville’s Festival by the March, Theatre for Social Change, Windsor Theatre and the Tintamarre Bilingual Theatre Troupe. She is an active Member of the St. Croix Theatre Company, St. Stephen, NB and played the part of the Fairy in the 2009 production of THE FAERY'S KISS. |
